Geotextile performance characteristics:
Geotextile is made of polyester or polypropylene staple fibers that are consolidated by combing or net needle punching.
The product has excellent water permeability, filtration, and durability, and can be widely used in railways, highways, stadiums, dams, hydraulic structures, tunnels, coastal beaches, reclamation, environmental protection and other projects. The main products are staple needle punched non-woven geotextiles, polyester filament geotextiles, woven reinforced geotextiles, and woven composite geotextiles.
Geotextile function:
◎Use the good air permeability and water permeability of geotextiles to allow water to pass through, thereby effectively intercepting sand and soil loss.
◎Geotextile has good water conductivity. It can form drainage channels inside the soil to discharge excess liquid and gas in the soil structure.
◎ Geotextiles are used to enhance the tensile strength and deformation resistance of soil, enhance the stability of building structures, and improve soil quality.
◎ Effectively diffuse, transfer or decompose concentrated stress to prevent soil from being damaged by external forces.
◎ Prevent mixing between upper and lower layers of sand, soil and concrete.
◎ The mesh is not easy to be blocked-the mesh structure formed by amorphous fiber tissue has strain and mobility.
◎ High water permeability-under the pressure of soil and water, it can still maintain good water permeability.
◎ Corrosion resistance-using polypropylene or polyester fiber as raw materials, acid and alkali resistance, no corrosion, no moth, and oxidation resistance. Simple construction, light weight, easy to use.
