Details
Steel-plastic geogrid:
Steel-plastic composite geogrid is a steel wire wrapped into high-strength strips through high-density (PP) or (PE), and is made by ultrasonic welding. Different diameters and roots are used to change the tension of the reinforcement strip according to the needs of the project; through the treatment of the plastic surface during the production process, it is pressed into a concave and convex pattern, which increases the strength of the welding point and the friction coefficient of the reinforcement strip surface. These effects make the composed steel-plastic geogrid resist the horizontal shear force from the filler, improve the bearing capacity of the soft foundation and resist the formation of the soil rupture surface. The steel-plastic geogrid meets the requirements of permanent engineering construction.
Purpose of steel-plastic geogrid: Steel-plastic geogrid can be widely used in civil engineering such as highways, railways, embankments, abutments, ramps, docks, revetments, flood dikes, dams, Wei Tu governance, freight yards, slag yards, airports, stadiums, environmental protection buildings, soft soil foundation reinforcement, retaining walls, slope protection and road surface crack resistance.
Geogrid has high strength, low creep, and is adaptable to various environmental soils. Geogrid can fully meet the use of high retaining walls in high-grade highways.
Geogrid can effectively improve the interlocking and biting effect of the reinforced bearing surface, greatly enhance the bearing capacity of the foundation, effectively restrain the lateral displacement of the soil, and enhance the stability of the foundation.
Compared with traditional grids, geogrid has the advantages of high strength, strong bearing capacity, corrosion resistance, anti-aging, large friction coefficient, uniform holes, convenient construction of geogrid, and long service life.
Geogrid is more suitable for deep-sea operations and embankment reinforcement. Geogrid fundamentally solves the technical problems of low strength, poor corrosion resistance, and short service life caused by long-term erosion of seawater when making gabions made of other materials.
Steel-plastic geogrid can effectively avoid the construction damage caused by the crushing and destruction of traditional grids by machinery during the construction process.
